All officers and employees of Government and Semi-Government Institutions, Law Enforcement Agencies, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Bodies, Finance Company Educational Institutions, non-Governmental Organizations, Local Authorities and every official of non-Governmental Organizations shall assist the Income-tax Authorities in discharging their duties under this Act.
